PRIVACY POLICY – VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
Through this document, I declare that I am aware of the processing of my personal data, for the purposes and activities described below:
| DATABASE OWNER | LOS OLIVOS DE VILLACURI S.A.C. (hereinafter, LOS OLIVOS DE VILLACURI) with R.U.C. No. 20602872760, domiciled at Av. Andres Reyes No. 338 Int. 102 (Wework Building – Floor 1), district of San Isidro, province and department of Lima; Peru. |
| DATABASE AND REGISTRATION CODE | The information will be stored in the “Video Surveillance” Database, with registration code RNPDP No. PJ-2025-2963. |
| TREATMENT PERIOD | The data will be kept for a specific period of 10 years until the purposes described in this document are fulfilled or until, if applicable, I revoke my consent. |
| MAIN PURPOSES | • Collect data on individuals present on the premises to control access for security purposes. • Investigate workplace accidents and incidents. • Track lost and found items. • Report user entry and exit. • Security and access control for buildings. • Video surveillance. |
| CONSEQUENCES OF PROVIDING THE DATA OR REFUSING TO DO SO | If I do not share my data, LOS OLIVOS DE VILLACURI will not be able to process it for the purposes indicated. |
| DATA PROCESSORS | LOS OLIVOS DE VILLACURI may share my information with third parties responsible for fulfilling the aforementioned purposes at the national and/or international level. Details of these third parties can be found in Annex 1. |
| ARCOP RIGHTS | LOS OLIVOS DE VILLACURI recognizes and guarantees my rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, information, portability, and revocation, as provided by law. To exercise these rights, the data subject must send a request to the address indicated at the beginning of this document or to the email address protecciondedatos@vanguardfresh.pe, with the subject line “Personal Data Rights.” If I believe my rights have not been adequately addressed, I may file a complaint with the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data by submitting it to the Records Office of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights (Calle Scipión Llona 350, Miraflores, Lima). |
| SECURITY MEASURES | I have been informed that LOS OLIVOS DE VILLACURI has adopted the necessary technical, legal, and organizational security measures to process my personal data under conditions of security and confidentiality.
